A career awaits you at Rheinmetall Canada.
Rheinmetall Canada receives and develops air defence combat management systems. The company has proved its worth by creating air defence systems that seamlessly integrate weapons, sensors, communication tools, and software to create a multi-level cohesive solution.
Technical work and integration of systems specifically designed for military vehicle projects are two of Rheinmetall Canada’s specialties. Over the last three decades, we have proven our expertise in the assembly, integration, and testing of various vehicles, the latest of which is the tactical armoured patrol vehicle.
Rheinmetall Canada has a considerable experience in the development, production, and maintenance of land and naval weapon systems for Canada and the international defence community. As a partner of platform and weapon suppliers, Rheinmetall Canada offers high-level weapon systems that can be used for various types of mission.
At Rheinmetall Canada, the development of electronic systems and supporting software for various commercial and defence systems is a model to follow. The electronic systems that we design are used for the protection against improvised explosive devices, for soldier systems, for combat management, for training and simulation, and for national security, among others.
“What is it like to work at Rheinmetall Canada? Hard to say since everyday is different! In engineering, depending on the project, we get to design components for new products, evaluate new technologies, support production activities, and perform field tests.
In short, there are many challenges and you need to be multi-skilled. You never know when you’ll need to step out of your comfort zone, and that’s what makes it so exciting!"
